Hans Sherrer, the publisher of highly esteemed publication Justice:Denied Magazine has written a book about Blaise's case.

Kirstin Blaise Lobato's Unreasonable Conviction by Hans Sherrer is available either from the Justice Denied Bookshop or from Amazon.com.

Here is a summary of the text from Mr. Sherrer's website:

"Yes, Virginia. It is possible for a person to be convicted in the United States of committing a brutal murder and then sexually assaulting the corpse without any physical, forensic, eyewitness or confession evidence the person was within 170 miles of the crime scene. How do we know? Because that is what has happened to 18-year-old Kirstin Blaise Lobato -- twice convicted of murdering a homeless man in 2001 when all the evidence supports that at the time of the crime she was 170 miles north of Las Vegas in Panaca, Nevada." Written by Justice:Denied’s publisher Hans Sherrer.

Mr. Sherrer has also created informational postcards about the case that can be printed and shared with local advocates and interested groups. Learn the facts about the case in a comprehensive article written by Hans Sherrer in Justice:Denied Magazine: "Possibility of Guilt Replaces Proof Beyond a Reasonable Doubt"

The trial has concluded. We are collectively shocked and dismayed by the verdict. We remain confident that the appeals process will prove Blaise's innocence.
